Production Line Analysis of Clay Brick Machine

Being collected by wheel loader at raw material resources areas, then the clay will be moved to factory by auto-loading truck. Clay is put into box feeder by wheel loader and batched according to certain proportion, then being conveyed into roller crusher, finally crushed clay being conveyed into double-shaft mixer, and being mixed with 11% water together. After that, the processed clay is conveyed into the clay brick machine (also called vacuum extruder). Clay columns are extruded and being cut into required clay brick size; the conveyor belt separates the cut bricks, and workers stack them onto the drying cart manually.
The stacked green bricks are transported to the drying area by the transporting car. After drying, the dried bricks are stacked manually to finished product storage area, and ready for packing and selling for wall building.
